  • Technical Issues: If the delivered product has significant technical defects (e.g., corrupted file or unplayable format).

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and work on your project has not begun.

2. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Completed and Delivered Projects: Once the final product has been delivered, refunds are not applicable.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the order after production has started.

  • Dissatisfaction Due to Style: We encourage customers to provide detailed input upfront. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with creative choices that align with your provided instructions.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included number may be charged as per our add-on pricing.
